In iOS Terms and Conditions, I copied the Apple's iOS end user agreement in longhand cursive on five 18"x24" pieces of drawing paper. The process is slowing down the relationships to the legal document. This act of writing is a meditative process for myself, and potentially for the viewer as they are confronted by the text that is retranslated in media production and for the potential emotion injected into the script. Within this seemingly absurdist gesture, I have rendered the text for the viewers and in doing so, became the trusted agent of the audience even if I am not in the space.
