Interactive Installation developed for State Street Beat (Chicago Loop Alliance's State Streetscape Program). On display in Chicago's Pritzker Park from Feb. 1 - Mar. 1, 2010. Creative Direction: Studio/lab

A continuation of CLA’s Streetscape Program, State Street Beat promotes “Go Red For Women” — an American Heart Association program that highlights the potentially life-changing choices that women make every day. “Go Red For Women” informs and inspires women and families to make choices to beat heart disease. State Street Beat’s mission is to drive foot traffic to State Street and the Loop while educating Chicagoans about cardiovascular disease in women. The heart of the Streetscape Program is an architectural-scale video projection being shown on the south wall of the John Marshall Law School at Pritzker Park (State and Van Buren). "Heartbeat", along with two other animations, "Crush" and "Love Loop", can be experienced nightly from sunset to sunrise February 1-March 1. These series of animations will express the pulse of State Street and draw connections between the Loop and the human heart.
